What's the best way to get ahold of you?
If you have training questions, the best place for them is either in the Facebook group or in the comments of the lesson itself. If you need technical support or help with your account of any kind, the best way to contact us is via email. Our business hours are between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm CST and do our best to respond to all emails within 48 business hours:
Can you certify my dog, write letters, or fill out paperwork since I am a member of the Academy?
We cannot certify your dog, provide letters, or sign paperwork of any kind at this time for two reasons.
First, in order to ethically offer a certification, to fill out paperwork, or to provide letters or patches of any kind, we would need to evaluate you and your dog in person. This is because when we work online, I only see what you want me to see (which means theoretically a student could hide things that make their dog unsuitable for service work).
The second reason is that for us to evaluate dogs in person, the cost of the program would need to be raised significantly (and part of our goal here is to provide affordable service dog training education).
Instead, the Academy is designed to do is to be an educational program providing students with the dog training skills, training plans, and knowledge to train their dogs to a high level.
Make sure to check your own countries laws for information on certification for your service dog.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your own account at any time by clicking the profile button in the top right-hand corner of your screen, then clicking "account settings." You can always email us if you're having trouble.
What is your refund policy?
We have a no refund policy. Please make sure to cancel your account before your monthly payment is due. If you must email us to cancel your account for you, please remember we are not in the office on the weekends.
